Commit to regular, clear financial reporting accessible to all members.

Host 🎙️"Toi Talks" (open forums) and Q&A sessions on financial matters.

Utilize digital dashboards and infographics to make financial data easy to understand.

Empowerment & Education

Implement training & resources for financial officers including implementation of Certified Financial Officer (CFO) development program.

Launch a “Financial Empowerment Series” for members at all levels.

Offer mentorship opportunities for sisters interested in financial leadership.

Engagement & Communication
Establish open channels for feedback and questions regarding finances:

By establishing regular office hours for direct access to the treasurer and finance committee.

By partnering with Regional Directors, State Directors and financial officers for knowledge sharing and problem solving.
